When is the store open?
Our 2025 online shop is open October 24–November 15. In 2026, we expect two limited windows: one in spring/early summer and one around Oct–Nov. Exact dates TBA. Watch our social media and main site for launch announcements.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Please email us and we’ll set up a custom listing with your shipping cost. I will only charge you what I am charged to ship it. If there is an overpayment, I will refund you the difference automatically.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/ addresses?
Absolutely. We know we love our service members.
How are items packaged?
Everything ships in protective packaging. We also self-insure. If something arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll take care of you.
What is your return policy?
Holiday returns are accepted through January 15, 2026. Returns are rare because most customers are thrilled, but we’re happy to help if you need one—just reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
Customer satisfaction guarantee?
If you’re unhappy, we’ll make it right. With a refund if needed.
What does “holiday delivery” mean?
Our goal is to ship everything by December 1. If you need a date other than December 24 (for example: the 4th night of Hanukkah or Kwanzaa), add a note at checkout or email us, and we’ll aim to have it arrive on your specified day in December. We cannot guarantee Thanksgiving delivery. If our timing ruins your holiday (per carrier tracking), we’ll issue a 100% refund—and you keep the items. This holiday delivery only covers USA addresses, as international shipping varies significantly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email us ASAP and we’ll cancel and refund your order. Once an order ships, we can’t make changes until you have the order in hand.
When will my order ship and how do I track it?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your package heads out. We batch and ship throughout the store window. Our mugs may ship directly from our Richmond, Virginia warehouse and may not have our Mechanicsville, VA return address on it.
Will my mug/print look exactly like the photo?
Colors can appear slightly different from screen to screen. Our mugs are heat-sublimated by hand, so small variations are normal (and part of the charm). Prints and mugs are the same quality you know from our convention booth.
Do you offer gift notes?
Yes—leave a message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note at no extra charge. Please tell us the holiday or celebration (e.g., “Secret Santa,” “birthday”) if you want it mentioned in the note.
Will there be restock alerts?
We don’t offer restock alerts. We may add more mug or ornament choices during the window. Peek back while we’re open for any new options.
